Southern Summer Series (Lake Guntersville)

The AJSA will be bringing up to 75 jet skis to the Steel Ford Boat Ramp on Thomas Avenue near Publix. These jet skis will race in motos, similar to what we call heats at Guntersville Lake HydroFest. They will race in a figure eight course with speeds up to 70 miles per hour. Up to 18 jet skis will be racing at a time making this an exciting event for all to see.

A mix of classes will be out on the water including youth, adult amateur, and professional categories.

The weekend will start with testing on Friday, May 31. The racing will begin on Saturday, June 1 at 10 a.m. and continue until 5 p.m. and again on Sunday, June 2.

The Southern Summer Series on Lake Guntersville is a free event for the public. There will be food trucks on-site, and there will be plenty of fun for everyone. Bring your lawn chairs and come out to have a great time at this event.
